Mowgli is a fictional character and the protagonist of the jungle book by Rudyard Kipling. He was a naked wild boy in the seoni pench region of India. He first appeared in Kipling's short story "in the Rukh" (collected in 1893 for many inventions), and then became the most outstanding and memorable characters in his collection, jungle book and the second Jungle Book (1894-1895), among which there are stories of other characters.
In the story, it is said that the name Mowgli means "frog", describing his lack of fur. Kipling made up the name, "in any language I know, it doesn't mean" frog. ".
Kipling said that the first syllable of "Mowgli" should rhyme with "cow", rather than the expected English word "mow"
The story of Mowgli, including "in the Rukh", was first recorded in chronological order as the work of Rudyard Kipling, Volume 7: the book of the jungle (1907) (Volume 8 of the series contains non Mowgli stories from the jungle), and then appeared in all the stories of Mowgli (1933).
"In Rukh" describes how Gisborne, a British ranger in the pench area of seoni, discovered a young man named Mowgli who had extraordinary skills in hunting, tracking and driving wild animals (helping his wolf Brothers). He asked him to join the forestry department. Mueller, head of India's Ministry of forests and forests and boss of Gisborne, met with Mowgli, examined his elbows and knees, noticed calluses and scars, and the people of Mowgli did not use magic or demons for 30 years of service. Muller also agreed to let Mowgli join the service. Later, Gisborne learned why Mowgli was almost superhuman. He was raised in the jungle by a pack of wolves (explaining the scars on his elbows and knees as he walked around). Mowgli married the daughter of Abdul gafur, the housekeeper of Gisborne. At the end of the story, morgley had a son and went back to live with the wolf brothers.
Then, in jungle book, Kipling wrote in detail the story of mogley's childhood. During the tiger attack, his parents lost their babies in the Indian jungle and were later adopted by the wolf mother (Raksha) and her father Wolff, who were called Mowgli (frog) for lack of fur and refusal to sit still. The tiger asked them to give him a baby as a Khan, but the wolf refused. Mowgli grew up in a backpack, hunting with his brother wolf. In the backpack, morgley learned that he could gaze at any wolf, and his unique ability to remove the sting from his brother's paw was also deeply appreciated.
Bagheera and Mowgli became friends because they had similar childhood experiences. As Bagheera often mentions, he "was raised in the king's cage of oodeypore" from the cubs, so he knew the way of people. Baloo the bear, the wolf teacher, undertook the arduous task of educating Morley in the jungle law.
Shere Khan continued to see Mowgli as a fair play, but eventually Mowgli found a weapon - Fire - that could be used against tigers. After leaving Shere Khan, Mowgli went to a human village, where he was adopted by messua and her husband, and his son nathoo was taken by the tiger. Even in "tiger! Tiger!” Described in, but not sure if Mowgli is actually the returned nathoo. The tiger that took Massawa's son was similar to the one that attacked mogri's parents. Messua wanted her son back, but she realized it was unlikely.
While herding the buffalo for the village, mogley learned that the tiger was still planning to kill him, so with the help of two wolves, he trapped shelhan in the ditch and the buffalo trampled on him. When the tiger died, Morley began to skin him. After being driven out of the village on charges of witchcraft, mogley returned to the jungle with the skin of Shere Khan and reunited with his wolf family.
In a follow-up story to jungle book's sequel, the second jungle, Mowgli learns that villagers plan to kill messua and her husband because he has him. He rescued them and sent elephants, buffalo and other animals to trample the village and its fields. Later, the ancient treasure ("ankus of the king") was discovered and discarded, but it was not realized that its value was so great that people would kill and possess it. With the help of boa Kaa, he led the pack against dhole ("Red Dog").
In the end, Mowgli stumbled upon the village of his adopted human mother, messua, which forced him to get along with humanity and decide whether to rejoin humanity in the "spring run.".
