Jam? N is the Spanish word for ham. In English, it refers to some types of dry cured ham from Spain. jam? N has two main Tags: jam? n ib? Rico (ham from black Iberian pig) and jam? N Serrano (meaning ham from the Sierra or mountains), which includes most other varieties.

Jam? The finishing of n is similar to that of Portugal's Presto and Italy's smoked ham, but it can usually cure for a longer time (up to 18 months).

Regional in Spain, jam? N is also known as pernil (in Aragon, Catalonia, Valencia and other parts of eastern Spain), XAM? N (in Galicia) and urdaiazpiko (in Basque and Navarra).
